In stock
This means that the item is in stock and available to put in your shopping bag
Available in 10-14 days
This means that the item is currently sold out but that it has been re-ordered and should be available for dispatch to you within 10-14 days
Awaiting supplier update
This means that the item is currently sold out and either (a) we are waiting for our supplier to confirm dates of delivery to us or (b) our supplier is currently unable to confirm to us that we will receive additional stock of that particular product.
Most orders placed on our site before 1pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched by us the same day, subject to stock availability and any technical or security checks, using Royal Mail 1st Class or our secure couriers, City Link.
Orders placed after 1pm during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched the following working day.
